We are not able to access third part PROD url making outbound connection with in oracle ebs R12.2. ,a the third party url has recently enabled TLS1.2 however we can access test third party url which is TLS1.0 enabled hence please let know how to make webservcie call within oracle EBS to connect third party url which is TLS 1.2 enabled
