FORCE SUBCONTRACTORS TO ASSIGN ALL USER ROLES UPON ACCOUNT SETUP
- We have subcontractors continuously only assigning the PM user role and submitting billings to us without a signer. They think they have submitted a billing, and we do not see a submission on our end because the documents were never signed. They get a confirmation that the billing is submitted, thinking it is submitted for approval to us, but it is sending to a signer that doesn't exist. Sometimes it takes months to realize the error.
- We also have issues when the compliance manager is not assigned, and they are on hold for missing compliance documents. They receive no notifications from Textura and are unable to upload documents because they have no compliance manager assigned.
Fixing this issue will help alleviate frustration with aging AP, cash flow and ultimately preserve our relationship with our subcontractors.
