Force Close PDB

I have a pluggable database with a defect SYSTEM Tablespace. Unfortunately it seems that is not possible to take the tablespace offline (as it is the system tablespace) nor to close the pluggable database (as the system ts cannot be read). Is there any chance other than to shutdown the entire CDB to restore and recover the SYSTEM tablespace?

Version is 12.1.0.1 on Oracle Enterprise Linux
