Following 12.2 Rapid Clone doc 1383621.1 - perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack fails with "ouicli.pl INST

Hi all,

I have EBS 12.2.7 production environment called finprod. I making a clone of this to a non production environment called DEV.

I am following metalink note 1383621.1.

When I run :

perl adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack

It errors out. I see the following error in the log file:

[APPLY PHASE]

AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts:

Directory: /ebsdev/ora/db/tech_st/12.1.0/perl/bin/perl -I /ebsdev/ora/db/tech_st/12.1.0/perl/lib/5.14.1 -I /ebsdev/ora/db/tech_st/12.1.0/perl/lib/site_perl/5.14.1 -I /ebsdev/ora/db/tech_st/12.1.0/appsutil/perl /ebsdev/ora/db/tech_st/12.1.0/appsutil/clone

ouicli.pl INSTE8_APPLY 1

Any help much appreciated.
