Folders in connection menue gone after restart

Hi,

I'm facing the problem that the folders are gone after restarting SQL Developer. I have this issue since plenty versions. (all Windows 32 bit including Java)

First time I start SQL Developer it takes very long to start (about 5-10 minutes) . It comes up with no connections available. After a restart I can see connections available but no folders anymore.
This is to me a bad thing as I have very much db connections.

I shortly using SQL Dev 3.1, still same issue.

Every help appreciated.
