Focusing issue while validation fires on input text in af columns

Hi all,

I have a table contains 4 columns in which all columns contains input text and is mandatory. so in case if validation fires in all columns , the focus automatically moves to last column. i know its a common behavior in adf while validation fires.

Is there anyway to change this behavior??
