fn-bea:execute-sql function not working in Xquery file in JDev 12.1.3.0.0

Hi,

I have an xquery file in which I am using fn-bea:execute-sql function in OSB project. This was working in 11g but after importing this project in 12c Jdev(12.1.3.0.0) it is giving me below Error.

{err}XQ0017: "{http://www.bea.com/xquery/query-functions}execute-sql": unknown function ( or number of arguments(3) is wrong)

FYI - This function is working in Assign/Replace activity but not in just the xquery file.

Please assist.
