Integration

hi all

for many years now, we have stored all our forms, reports and libraries on the app server machine, along with the database also.

but we are trying to reorganise servers so these files are stored elsewhere (ie another network location) and the app server and database are on seperate machines.

ii would have thought this possible via formsweb.cfg, forms.conf and default.env?

i have tried replacing alias's and paths of old location with new location in these files (ie e:\forms with \\server\d$\forms) but with endless issues regarding permissions etc

i suppose we could leave all files on the app server, but was hoping to eliminate access to the app server and db machines so developers only have access to the forms storage machine.

has anyone acheived this?
