FMX file is there but FMB is missing

I'm very new to oracle.

i'm currently picking up an abandoned application. I'm trying to develop the form but the FMB file is not there, only FMX is available.

Whenever I try to open the FMX file from FORM BUILDER 6i , it says FRM-10043: Cannot Open File

Is there anyways I can open the FMX file to edit it ?
