FM 11.1.2 HFM Adapter Issue

The HFM adapter has been working fine at my client up until right now, I get the following Automation Error upon Validate

Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'HSVDATALib.HsvData'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{D6C8B3AA-8A12-11D2-BCD4-0060B03C8DC5}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).
