Flex Fields in Oracle HCM

Hello,

I am learning how to integrate flex fields in Oracle HCM. All of the documentation I have read specifies Oracle Fusion applications but not specifically HCM. I'm assuming because HCM is apart of the Fusion suite the implementation would follow the same steps?
