Flash Recovery Area Size and Files/Folders

Hi to all!

I have an machine with Windows Server 2003 and Oracle Database 10.2. I have set the FRA to 20 Gb. The usable FRA is 64,92%. Tables in the DB are small. App. 300 Mb per table. How correctly set the FRA? Also, I have put the DB in ArchiveLog mode. There are lot of folders and files on disk. Is necessary to have all that folders or I can delete some of them?
