flash recovery area (ARCHIVELOG) maximun limit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm using Oracle 10g and Windows XP.....

some one can explain me how can I make the ARCHIVELOG size automatic, because it's near the limit 4 GB, and I don't know how to make automatic incremental?

I can change the value from the Entreprise Manager, but manually, I want an automatic manage.

IMPORTANT: HOW CAN I CHANGE THE 7 DAYS ARCHIVE WITH 2-3 DAYS, BECAUSE IS TOO MUCH

My first instance was locked with this problem, so I remake all my work wirh another one.
