To test latest APEX - I installed tomcat 9.0.27, APEX 19.2, then ORDS 19.2. Everything went fine until in the ORDS install - It was not clear that only SYS could be used for the ords.war setup - and there were grants missed. The install completed and when I log into APEX - I get a message - there are issues with the configuration of the static files in your environment. I tried running "java -jar ords.war validate -database apex" - this returns an error from excuting ords_migrate_grant_priv.sql (ORA-04042). If try to reinstall with "java -jar ords.war" - I get the error ORDS_VERSION does not exist.
I can log into APEX (after the message) and it appears to work. I would hope that I can fix the ORDS issue either with reinstall or reconfigure - but I don't see how to do either.
