Fiscal Year Dimension additions - not showing up in outline

To all,
I am using Hyperion Workspace 9.3.1., and Financial Planning. I added FY12 - FY14 to my Fiscal Year Dimension. I deployed my application, and it shows to be in-sync. I refreshed my database. Now, the new Fiscal Years show in my Dimension library(where I created them); but they do not show up in my outline (ESSBASE), nor do they show up in Planning. I know everything is working. as I added accounts earlier in the day; went through all of the same steps; and they are showing up in outline and Planning. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Fiscal Years that were existent from the creation of the outline/database do show up, just not the ones I added. All properties are the same.
