Fiscal week calculation

Hi, can I get some advice on this technical challenge.

Requirement: populate the fiscal week number based on current date fields. Fiscal year starts from 1 July and ends at 30 June. Fiscal week starts from first Monday of July (fiscal week 1).

Existing columns: calendar date, calendar week number (Monday to Sunday, Jan to Dec). i.e. week 1 starts from 1st Monday of the year, and so on.

How could we populate fiscal week number based on calendar date and calendar week number.
