first time VM setup getting: WORKER_SERVER_000001:No worker server found for executing repository ac

Hello,

I was currently working on setting up oracle VM on oracle VM server 3.3.3

Looking through different documentation and going through the setup process step by step.

Was able to create server pool, Repositories, Networking.

Now I'm at the step of adding resources to repository and trying to import templates into one of the repositories and got error as below.

I have not created a virtual machine yet.

WORKER_SERVER_000001:No worker server found for executing repository action Import Virtual Machine Template for repository bakdev02-vm-templates-ISOs-repo. Reasons:

(no reasons listed after the "Reasons:" message)

What would be the cause of this and possible resolution?
