Hello,
I am in the process of learning and doing some testing on a Solaris SPARC machine. I am familiar with Linux not so much Solaris. I have performed the following and wonder if what I am seeing is correct or not,
- From the terminal, I ran the raidctl command to make a RAID0 volume (Pictured below) - This is just a test system so redundancy is not a concern right now.

After I created this, I have rebooted and ran boot cdrom - text, the following below is what I get for places to install Solaris 11

The device name is the name of the RAID0 array, however the size is only 136.7GB. After this, I get the choice to install on slice or whole disk and I choose whole disk.
My question is
- Is this utilizing my RAID volume? If so, is it utilizing all of the space, and if not how can I get it to?
Thanks in advance for any help.
