First_Rows and All_rows : pros and cons

Hi All,

We are using First_rows hint for accessing data in our production envinronment.and its is working great.

What I want to know is

(1) Is it always good to use First_Rows hint
(2) Is there any situation when we should not use First_rows or All_rows hints.
