First RAC db install, admin-managed vs policy-managed?

Hello all,

I'm running dbca for the first time on 11Gr2 cluster for a RAC system. RHEL5

On step 3, I'm seeing something new, and can't find a good definition on it...it is asking me configuration type:
Admin-Managed vs
Policy-Managed

Can someone tell me really what is going on between the two? If you choose one...that means it is in effect for all instances on the 5xnodes I have...or somehow each different instance can be different.

The dbca definition leaves a bit to be desired with respect to what to choose....any ideas, definitions for links for more info?
