First Attempt at RAC installation on Windows. Some tips please

I'm making a first attempt to Install Oracle RAC and am looking for some tips. Is there any additional hardware requirements over a regular 10g database if you wish to install RAC?
Is it a case of Installing Oracle db on two machines and then configuring RAC? Its 10.2 I wish to install. Actually, can someone point me in the direction of the pdf user guide for RAC? It's not listed in the database 10gr2 library? http://www.oracle.com/pls/db102/homepage? Maybe I must look somewhere else?
