Firmware password SunFire V240

Hi,

I've received a SunFire V240. I am trying to reinstall Solaris OS.

I don't know the root password and the firmware password.

When I am booting the system from cdrom, it's asking for the firmware password.

Is there anyway to reset or disable the firmware password while booting?
