FIPS 46-3 on JCE

Hi people

Does anyone knows how to simulate FIPS-46-3 on JCE ?
I wrote a C library that generate ciphered files using http://www.cr0.net:8040/code/crypto/des/ this reference and I would like to get a cipher in java with same implamentation.
