finding sql file that is save in oracle database

hello, i have problems regarding finding the sql file that is save in oracle database. In oracle database, i have created a schema and table name, so the problem is where does the oracle database saves all the data(schema,table) or i mean ithat you created in the database. f im not mistaken its a .sql file .please help me
