Finding incoming db links

Folks- we just moved one of our central system from one location (physical) to another. Our organization has around 50+ databases, one part that got missed out is the db links created on other databases that use the data from the central system.

We want to identify those databases so that they can be also be moved & co-located near the central system. I know this is not an easy task, but are there ways to identify the db links?
