Finding Current Passwords

Hello Everyone,

I have a bit of a problem. I have had the last week off on holiday, and when i came back my password had expired. The problem is i cant remember my old password to change to a new password.

I was wondering if there was a way of finding out current passwords

Im a bit stuck lol
