Finding all records created today after 5 pm

To fetch all records created after 5pm today, i use

SELECT * fROM purchase_orders 
where created_on_dt > to_Date ('26/07/2010 17:00:00','dd/mm/yyyy hh24:mi:ss')

Is there a simpler way to fetch this?
