Find the User Disabled Oracle Scheduler Jobs

Hi Guys ,

We need to find a use who disabled Oracle Scheduler Job ,

How can I identify the user/machine did the disable ? .

Following queries

select * from ALL_SCHEDULER_JOB_RUN_DETAILS where JOB_NAME='';

select * from all_scheduler_jobs .

Can you please help me with this , it would be a great help
