Find text with accents ou without and different charsets

How can I find string regardless of whether it has accents or not, or if the charset of another bank is different

WITH myTABLE AS (

select 'abóbora' str1 from dual union all

select 'xícara' from dual union all

select 'como parametros textos, este texto nÃ£o' from dual )

select * from mytable t

where t.str1 in ('abobora','xicara','como parametros textos, este texto não')

regardless of having an accent, or charset being different I would like you to find the text searched
