Find SCN of DROP TABLESPACE (or USER)

Hi,

is there any way to find out the SCN of the DROP TABLESPACE or DROP USER command? Then I'd use it for RMAN incomplete recovery.

I thought of using log miner, but all I was able to find was Metalink document 93370.1 describing how to find the SCN of a DROP TABLE command.
