Find root cause of the error ORA-03113 and Bad TTC Packet

Hi All,

We have oracle 19.3 on source and target. The oracle client 19 is installed on aws replication instance ( intermediate server )
We are migrating data from on-prem ( oracle ) to aws ec2 ( oracle ) by AWS DMS.
We got the below end of commination errors on source db while connecting from aws replication instance ( intermediate server ).

We often got this error while migrating.
There is no huge data load on source during the time. Network team said that there is no issue in network.
How to find why it was failed.
How to find whether the issue is db or network
Please share your suggestions,
