Find & Replace Text within ODI Packages

Is there a way to systematically find and replace a text string within the command of all ODI packages?

My objective is to find all occurrences of a text string and replace it with a previously defined variable within all the packages.

I'm running Oracle Data Integrator 11g (11.1.1).
