Find out running background jos in oracle !!

Dear Friends ,

Is it possible to find out the specific running background jobs in oracle database 10g using Data dictionary view ? Suppose I have to run Export or RMAN script via a session , suddenly I have lost my session and then I want to know myself that my script is running or not ?

Is there any view to find it .... ....
