Find hostname of RAC standby database from RAC primary in oracle

LANCERIQUEJan 19 2017 — edited Jun 16 2017

Hi Gurus,

I need to write an automation script to setup few users and passwordless ssh between my primary and STANDBY rac.

I need some help in finding the RAC standby hostname's from my primary database. I googled few blogs but most are for standalone database. I am looking to find information about my standby as we see in v$active_instances for primary. Later I will use that output in my shell script and move ahead.

Links seached - https://andrewlacy.wordpress.com/2016/01/20/finding-the-hostname-of-an-oracle-standby-database/

Please help.

Regards,

Lancerique.
