Hi,
We are pursuing an upgrade from EPM 11.1.1.4.500 to EPM 11.1.2.3.050 using LCM.
After we migrated the R&A artifacts to the new 11.1.2.3.050 environment, when we tried to test the financial reports, the user pov pop-up screen does not show up.
We have tried to set the user preferences from File->Preferences->Financial Reporting->Set preview->On
Even after doing that, the USer POV screen does not pop up.
Any thoughts?
Additional Info:
Reports runs if User POV is not used.
Issue occurs for all reports.
Same problem even if run from reporting studio.
Reports created in 11.1.2.3.050 FR studio also does not show User POV Preview.
Restarting services also did not help.
