"Filter.. Using" function in rpd

Hi all,
hopefully somebody can help me with this:-

I have a logical column defined like this .. FILTER( SUM(1) USING "Invites"."Fact".EVENT = 113) which as far as i am aware is correct.
However, the created logical column does not appear as a measure, I cannot set this 'measure' to use an aggregate table because it will not allow me to set the mapping.

Any pointers will be very helpful.
