filename with single quotes and blank space

I am trying to do this
SPOOL C:\XXXXXXXX-e'"mail addresses"_22.02.03 - 14.03.033.csv

I get
Illegal spool file name: "C:\XXXXXXXX-e'"mail addresses"_22.02.03 - 14.03.033.csv" (bad character: ' ')

Could you please tell me how to rewrite this?
