File Transfer from oracle directory to application server

Hi Experts,

I want to transfer a text file from oracle directory path to application server path "D:\imports" , how to achieve this.

version

Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production.

Please suggest me any way to do this functionality.
