File techology fails with exceeded length

Please note I have reopened this thread as my earlier post regarding same marked as answer with out my intervention. So reopening this thread. Please don't mind

I have file to file transformation. The problem is I am having one field value in source file is > 4000 bytes which is string value. When I reverse engineer I getting a issue that data length is exceeded.

Can I use blob or clob to a file ?

..So how to over come this issue.
