File is not a valid workspace export file

Hi,

I have a problem where I couldn't import a new workspace file ( saved in sql format ) . And it complaints 'File is not a valid workspace export file'.

Previously , I had imported a workspace from the old workspace file and got it removed since it contains the old UI. But when we got a new workspace file, and we tried to re-import it, we hit this wall.

Have anyone had any similar issue before ? I really want to know what causes it ?
