File Browse/File Upload in Interactive Grid

Hi All,

Am using APEX 18.2(Cloud). I have an requirement to upload file in Interactive Grid. Unfortunately there is no such item type "File Browse" in IG(Unsupported).

In my case user will upload a file and store it in my table against each row. I also need to display the file name and download link after upload against each row.

Any idea how to implement this?
