Can we bring the right click and collapse procedure declarations and bodies to the new SQL Developer for VS Code like was in the “classic” version?

Currently in VSCode Extensions we only have this when hovering over the gutter
However, this does not work efficiently if you have a larger package, plus it only collapses one section. Additionally, if you have an inline comment, that disrupts the range collapsing.
