This is either a feature request, or a search for an easier solution:

I just finished editting a rather complicated page with over 40 data elements. The page dynamically changes fields to read-only based on the Read Only condition. However, the Read Only display is simple inline text, as well established in the forum.

Generally this is corrected with the Read Only Element Table Cell(s) Attributes, however, having just gone through all of these items and set them to the style that I want...I NEVER want to do this again.

Would it be possible in a future release to create a Template or CSS Tag for Read Only span tags so that this can be set globally via CSS or locally with overrides.

The inability to manipulate this via the stylesheet seems like an oversight.
