FDMEE: Unable to import HFM Output File! Character Set issue

Hello,

We have an Source files coming from SAP in Flat file format(UTF-8 format) that is getting loaded to HFM smoothly. We also have a requirement to load HFM extracted files into Planning and I am having trouble with the File Character Set issue.

Since SAP Flat files are in (UTF-8) format, and HFM Taskflow extracted files are in UCS-2LE format, unable to find a solution for the issue.

Tried writing a VBScript on a Batch that would convert the HFM Extracted files from UCS-2LE to UTF-8 format and shunned by VB scripting errors.

Request if I could get some help or direction on how to resolve the issue.
