FDMEE path

When I add a UNC path to my FDMEE application "System" Setup, then add the Planning application name to the FDMEE "Application" Setup, the following happens,

After clicking the create directory it created the Planning application FDMEE directory structure in the ...EPMSystem/domains directory.

No sure whey this is happening.

I have two servers that are load balanced, when I check each server individually by logging on I see the correct setting for "System" and Application.

I need this app directory structure on the network share.
