FDMEE Attribute Setup in Import Format

I'm on 11.1.2.3.510 and have attributes columns turned on in Workbench.

So I've tried using Attribute fields in my Import Format and it fails at Export.

Is there a specific way to setup these fields in the Import Format?

My file is comma delimited and loads fine minus attributes fields.
