FDMEE 11.1.2.3.700 - open batch not deleting processed files

Hi. Have set up open batch in FDMEE 11.1.2.3.700 and it processes incoming files and they get copied to a subfolder - great. But the original files stay in the openbatch folder and don't get cleared. If I don't clear them, they get re-processed over and over. Is this a bug or do I need to write a script to delete the files or is there a third, better option?
