FDM to HFM - Export works for 3 periods, 4th period load logs us out!
Hello Gurus,
We are using FDM 11.1.2.0.00 and loading to HFM 11.1.2. Our data load files are large - anywhere from 800K records to 960K records. There is very little mapping. We are able to successfully load three periods, doen't matter which three periods, of data into HFM without a problem. When we attempt to load a 4th period [again, doesn't matter which period], FDM goes through the export steps, creates the data file and then immediately logs the user out of FDM... not allowing the next step to load the data to HFM. We have tested this several times by creating a new location in FDM and reloading the data. Every time we get to the fourth data load, we see the same unusual log out. Has any one else seen this? Can offer a solution?
