FDM Login Error during test connection to HFM

When I am trying to logon into FDM and to test the connection to Financial Management by Click in the Target FM Account cell, and select Browse for Target Value to Verify that the list of accounts is from your Financial Management application Everytime I get the Error

Error: Errorcode: -2146826251; Source: clsAppServer.fInitialize Detail: Database User ID and Password are required for login!

Till now I have used FM11x-G5-C.xml for financial management, FM11i-G5-C.xml for IC and fdmFM11xG5C.dll to register adapter.

I have configured the Machine Profiles and configured Adapter and Done all the procedure as per OBE instruction. still no luck!
