FDM load fails

User provision in both HFM and FDM. In workspace the user can view the correct information as he has "write" privillages for what he's trying to load to. In FDM the user has been added to the correct location. The user fdm right: basic review + submitter, drill through, intermediate 2, run integration. In FDM I've added him to the correct location with intermediate 7 security (I've also tried level 2, same issue). When he tries to load he gets the error message "Import Failed due to invalid data or empty content". The FDM guys reviewed his import file and they said there's no issue with it.

Please help.
